PUBLIC NOTICE
ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION
SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Wilton, New York, County of Saratoga, at a regular meeting on September 4, 2025, attended by a majority of Town Board members, unanimously voted to adopt Resolution No.196 to expend funds from the Park Reserves Account for a concession trailer for Gavin Park.
The purpose of this Reserve Fund is to withdraw and expend funds from such Reserve Fund for the purpose of purchase and installation of equipment and does hereby resolve to authorize the withdrawal and expenditure of $45,200.00 from such Reserve Fund and does hereby authorize and direct the
Supervisor of the Town of Wilton to transfer such sum of $45,200.00 from such Park Reserves Fund (A5111) to Playground and Recreational Center-Contractual Expenditures (A7140.4) for the purchase of a concession trailer, as provided by law.
The Chief Fiscal Officer shall account for the Park Reserves Account in a manner which maintains the separate identity of the cash and investments of the Reserve Fund.
The resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum pursuant to subdivision 4 of section 6-c of the General Municipal Law.
